Prescription refills are only processed during regular office hours, Monday through Friday. For faster service and for your convenience, please call your pharmacy and they will fax us a refill request. Please allow a full 24 hours to process any prescription refill. If you choose to leave a message on our refill line, the following information is needed in order to process your refill:

1. Patient’s name, spelling included
2. Date of birth
3. Medication name and strength
4. Dosage instructions
5. Pharmacy name, location and phone # with area code
6. Your daytime phone #
7. Any known medication allergies

Any missing information may result in your prescription refill being delayed in processing.
