About Us | Prescription Refills
Prescription refills are only processed during regular office hours, Monday through Friday. For faster service and for your convenience, please call your pharmacy and they will fax us a refill request. Please allow a full 24 hours to process any prescription refill. If you choose to leave a message on our refill line, the following information is needed in order to process your refill:
- Patient’s name, spelling included
- Date of birth
- Medication name and strength
- Dosage instructions
- Pharmacy name, location and phone # with area code
- Your daytime phone #
- Any known medication allergies
Any missing information may result in your prescription refill being delayed in processing.
