About Us | Appointments
Office visits should be made by appointment only so that you don’t have to wait long periods in the office with a sick child and so we can be prepared to see you as soon as possible when you arrive. We do strive to be on time with our scheduled appointments. We also ask our patients to arrive on time for their appointments so as to not compromise their appointments and appointments of other patients. If you have scheduled an appointment that you are unable to keep, please call us 1 hour in advance so that we may fill that appointment slot with another sick child.
Routine check ups and physicals are scheduled in advance. We try to have our appointment schedule 3 to 6 months out so that you can schedule these appointments well in advance. We do our best to accommodate your busy family schedules. We do require that you cancel these appointments 24 hours in advance. Please choose your appointment time wisely. All new patients and routine check up appointments require a parent or legal guardian to be present.
Our office strives to be on time for your scheduled appointment therefore it is important for patients to also be on time. Arriving 10 minutes prior to the actual appointment time is recommended so that we may update any patient or insurance information for you. In the event that you would arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, you will be asked to reschedule.
